About This Oil

Myrrh Essential Oil is steam-distilled from the aromatic oleo-gum resin of Commiphora myrrha, a thorny, drought-resistant tree native to the arid regions of East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. One of the oldest and most revered aromatic substances in human history, myrrh's rich, warm resin has been prized for thousands of years in perfumery, incense, and ceremonial traditions across Egypt, Arabia, Greece, and Rome.

Fragrance Profile

Myrrh Oil has a deeply complex, multi-layered aroma: warm, earthy, and resinous with a distinctive smoky character that softens into a rich, balsamic, and long-lasting drydown.
