#wildcrafted anemia moringa

Globally Anemia affects 1.62Billion people (yes, that's correct, its in billions) - source WHO. Of this approximately 30% are women. The most common form of anemia is the anemia caused by a deficiency of Iron. When you have anemia your body lacks oxygen as the lack of iron  impacts the ability of red blood cells (RBCs) in the body to carry oxygen efficiently. The most common symptoms of anemia are :

  • Weakness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Dizziness
  • Fast or irregular heartbeat
  • Pounding or "whooshing" in your ears
  • Headache
  • Cold hands or feet
  • Pale or yellow skin
  • Chest pain

Women in particular are the most susceptible to anemia as a women's daily iron requirement is more than double of a similar aged man. Vegetarian women are even more probe to anemia as iron is more commonly found in meat than vegetables. For people suffering from anemia, the Moringa Superfood provides a potent source of iron that can greatly reduce anemia and increase  energy levels.  The key to this is the incredible amount of iron that the Moringa leaves have.  See below :

Iron is best adsorbed by the human body when it is accompanied by vitamin C which the Moringa leaf also has in plenty.

In comparison, within animalistic sources of iron, Organ meats such as livers and giblets are reputed to be some of the better sources of iron. However the iron content of chicken liver pales in comparison to Moringa leaf as 100gm of chicken liver  has 13 mg of iron as compared to the 18+mg of Moringa leaf Superfood.

So, if you are suffering from fatigue and low energy, you may be also suffering from anemia. Regular use of Moringa Leaf Superfood and help you regain your energy levels and recover from all of the effects of anemia.
